Our rugs are a high quality line of rugs manufactured to withstand the demanding environments they are typically used in.
They are manufactured using the latest technology producing rugs that are vibrant and durable.
Made out of 100% two-ply nylon twisted and heat set for high performance in heavy traffic areas.
Our rugs meet all Class 1 Flammability and Smoke Density Requirements.
Our rugs have ActionBac backing.
WARRANTY ON RUGS: ALL RUGS COME WITH A USEFUL LIFE WEAR WARRANTY.
GCCR warrants that its rugs will lose no more than 20% of the yarn during the useful life of the rug commencing at the time of purchase. GCCR warrants abrasive wear only. This warranty does not cover tears, burns, pulls, cuts, piling, matting or damage due to improper use or improper cleaning agents or methods, nor does it cover rugs on stairs or outside areas.
WARRANTY ON SURGING: THREE MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY.
GCCR warrants the surging for three months for manufacturing defects only. This warranty does not Cover damage caused by furniture abrasing the surging. A person using a projectile to damage surging, or floor cleaning equipment abrasing the surging while cleaning other surfaces in proximty to the rug.
Labor allowance: We will not be responsible for any labor costs involved in any returns.
Re-Stocking Fee: 20% re-stocking fee plus freight cost. Fees apply to those orders in which product was ordered in error by end user or distributor for example: wrong color, size, and/or style. GCCR will not charge the 20% re-stocking fee for exchanges.

No returns on used rugs for any reason unless there is a wear problem as stated above.
Credit will be issued after rugs are inspected and amount of credit is determined.
All debits and charge backs must be approved by GCCR before implementation.
Acceptance of Checks:
When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us either to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction. Funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day and you will not receive the check back from your financial institution. If your payment is returned due to insufficient funds, you authorize us to transfer from your account to collect a fee as allowed by state law. OH = $30 or10 %.
